About Us
At de Lou Strategies LLC, we help leaders and their teams thrive in the midst of a perfect storm of hyper-uncertainty, rapid organizational change, and heightened societal polarization. These pressures don’t just come from the outside — they seep into workplaces, creating environments where people hesitate to speak up, be themselves, or address differences. The result? Miscommunication, disengagement, stalled collaboration, and diminished capacity to adapt.
We exist to solve that problem.
We partner with leaders to build the conditions where collaboration, innovation, and resilience can flourish, even in challenging, high-change environments. Our approach blends behavioral change and systemic change by creating the space for people to contribute fully and navigate differences productively, we unlock both human potential and organizational performance.
Our work spans executive coaching, keynote talks, workshops, strategic planning, and advisory services. With a multicultural lens and deep industry range — from Am Law 1-00 firms and consulting to higher education, non-profit, technology, and food service — we design strategies that are as inclusive as they are effective.
Our Story
I am a human behavioral change agent.
I am passionate about helping humans and organizations adapt, collaborate, and innovate in the face of change. My work blends behavioral science, inclusive systems design, and coaching to create lasting transformation.
I am the host of Adaptive Humans, a podcast where we explore how to steady yourself when stress runs high, handle emotions with clarity, and bridge differences with respect—so you can move past fear and miscommunication toward collaboration, trust, and environments where people and potential thrive.
I lead with transparency and purposeful vulnerability, building trust quickly and engaging in ways that make people feel seen, supported, and ready to grow. Whether in a boardroom, on a stage, or in a coaching session, my goal is to spark the mindset shifts and practical strategies that turn change into opportunity.
As a certified practitioner in EQ-i 2.0 & EQ-i 360 Emotional Intelligence and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessments, and certified coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring validated tools and globally recognized coaching standards to cultivate adaptive humans in every engagement.
My approach is deeply informed by my professional and lived experience. I am part of a richly multicultural, multiracial, and multilingual family, with a fiercely supportive extended community. Over 15 years of leading culture, inclusion, learning, and talent initiatives across sectors, I’ve lived and worked in more than 16 U.S. cities and traveled extensively, calling Panama my second home. These experiences have given me a first-hand understanding of cultural and social norms — both global and regional — that shape how we connect and collaborate.
I am also a proud first-generation college graduate with a B.A. in History from UCLA and an M.A. in Speech/Interpersonal Communication from NYU — milestones that reflect both grit and resilience.
A professed explorer of food, lover of the arts, avid traveler, and global citizen, I bring curiosity and connection to everything I do.
