About Us
Most of what stalls a leadership team isn’t a skill gap. It’s unnamed dynamics, compounding change, decision bottlenecks, and capable people operating below capacity. I make that visible, then change what happens next.
I get brought in to build one function. I end up owning the connective tissue between leadership capability, culture, employee engagement, and the talent systems that hold it all together. I build in a way that creates infrastructure that outlasts me — and gives successors the ability to maintain and grow.
Our Impact
I’m Jami de Lou. I partner with executive teams as a fractional senior leader and executive coach to shift the real-time behaviors, decision practices, and power dynamics that shape how teams actually perform.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership systems design, executive coaching, cultural intelligence, and behavioral science. I see the patterns others miss: how control shows up as protection, how identity shapes authority, how unspoken dynamics stall execution. And I help leaders shift those patterns in the moments where it matters.
I’ve spent more than 15 years leading organizational transformation inside complex, high-performance systems: PE-backed companies, global consulting firms, professional services, and Fortune 500 organizations. I’ve seen firsthand how quickly organizations fracture when leadership behavior doesn’t evolve alongside structural change.
I take on fractional and embedded senior leadership roles where I work inside real meetings, real conflicts, and real decisions. I also coach senior leaders through the inflection points that define careers: promotions, mergers, reorganizations, and moments when what made them successful is no longer sufficient for what’s ahead.
This work is tested in moments of uncertainty, complexity, growth, and pressure. It’s grounded in a belief that we can build organizations where people don’t have to armor up to contribute.

My approach is deeply informed by my professional and lived experience. I am part of a richly multicultural, multiracial, and multilingual family, with a fiercely supportive extended community. Over 15 years of leading culture, inclusion, learning, and talent initiatives across sectors, I’ve lived and worked in more than 18 U.S. cities and traveled extensively, calling Panama my second home. These experiences have given me a first-hand understanding of cultural and social norms — both global and regional — that shape how we connect and collaborate.
I am also a proud first-generation college graduate with a B.A. in History from UCLA and an M.A. in Speech/Interpersonal Communication from NYU.
A professed explorer of food, lover of the arts, and avid traveler, I bring curiosity to everything I do.
