Measuring Cultural Intelligence (CQ)
Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessment
The IDI is an assessment tool that measures intercultural competence (cultural intelligence) – the ability to adapt effectively across differences and similarities.
The IDI uses a developmental approach, evaluating individuals, groups or organizations as they work toward increasing cultural intelligence; skills critical to understand cultural context, influence inclusive leadership, and shape inclusive systems/practices (leadership, recruiting, development, retention, succession planning, etc.)
As a certified IDI Qualified Administrator (QA), Jami helps individuals and organizations utilize the IDI assessment to better establish a baseline measurement of individual, group and organizational cultural intelligence. Clients engage in a transformative coaching debrief approach that helps board of directors, executive leadership teams, and departments/organizations better understand how to improve interpersonal dynamics, collaboration and innovation.
